DESCRIPTIONVintage c. 1995 earrings designed by Millie Behrens for David-Andersen. Behrens is an accomplished contemporary designer who created designs for the D-A company from 1992-97 and again from 2000-2003. I believe these are from the 90s. These are large slightly trapezoidal panels with translucent enamel in an interesting goldish-greenish-yellowish color, it depends on the lighting. Her work for D-A is not very common. Behrens's work is in a number ...of museum collections and she has also designed for the queen of Norway. A fine example of contemporary Norwegian jewelry design!
These have posts for pierced ears and jumbo friction backs.
