Antique Footed Open Candy DishPurple Amethyst Glass
This is a very old and very beautiful amethyst glass candy dish with gold designs and tiny read glass beads. It measures 8 inches wide and sits 3 3/4 inches tall. No manufacturer marks. It is so dark purple that I though it was black until I held it to the light. There is a long crease or straw mark in the glass near the center on the inside. There is wear to the gold trim but most of it is still ...there. No chips or cracks.
