ANTIQUE TIN LITHOGRAPHED EMBOSSED SAND PAIL ~ CIRCUS CLOWNS, WILD BOAR & DONKEY!Fun circus images with a patriotic background creates the theme...embossed clowns, a wild boar, bucking donkey all combine for an outstanding antique child's tin lithographed sand pail. Great color and clear images...fun being had by all. Base carries and embossed image of an patriotic eagle with shield and as a slight wrinkle at the rim edge...does not truly detract. Interior and base bottom show expec...ted patina. Exterior colors are still very good with minor expected playwear. Wire handle and red wood handle are well affixed and in good condition. A truly wonderful example and a sweet, rare addition to any collection. Measures in at 5 & 1/2" tall overall, exclusive of the handle.
