Population 3, NONE graded higher. Only .5 away from a BGS 9.5! Highest one graded, ever. These are the the inaugural topps finest issue, and the very first topps finest refractors ever made. They preceded the '93-94 basketball set by almost a year, and they continue to gain value and raise in price.... They have really been picking up steam lately it seems. There are supposedly only 241 of each of these cards ever made, and the short prints are even more rare, creating a perceived scarcity for many cards in the set. They don't get much prettier than a 1993 refractor, the entire set just glows. Certain cards in the set just don’t seem to come up for sale very often. I am selling my entire 1993 Topps Finest Refractors set this week, and I have owned many copies of every card, and in some cases between 10-15 copies of certain players. The ones for sale that I am listing right now are the best ones I have ever owned, the last of my personal collection. Many are very high grades, or actually the highest grade ever attained.
