This is a large pair of Chinese Canton famille rose mandarin porcelain vases decorated in overglaze polychrome enamels and gilding featuring alternating hand-painted panels of courtyard conversational scenes and flowers, fruits, butterflies and exotic birds. The rest of the bodies are decorated with pink flowers, butterflies, scrolling green vine on a gold ground.19th Century.Height 13.5 in (34 cm).The vases have been converted for use as lamps but have not been drilled on the bases.I...n good condition. The vases have been converted for use as lamps but have not been drilled on the bases. In good condition. Payment I prefer to receive payment by Paypal.
