Here we have fresh from a local estate attic a RARE seldom seen S3 model century 5 speed brass blade oscillating electric fan. Blades measure a total span of 16" across tip to tip and it stands about 20" tall from the bottom of the base to the top ring of the cage.This is a 5 speed model and runs on all 5 from a nice super slow to a fast high. Original head wire is in very nice shape. Power cord has been replaced at some point in time. Oscillates well and has an on off lever on the osc...illator box that allows you to start or stop the oscillation mode as desired. Still retains some of the speed letters on the base. I think this was very well taken car of over it's life time. Some paint wear as to be expected of a fan of this age. I don't see anything broken or missing and it looks to retain all it's original screws and fastners. This is one of the nicest Century fans that I have ever came across in my 30 years of collecting fans. You don't find these Century fans in this nice of shape that often so bid your max now and bid to win so this nice example will go in your collection and not the other persons. Look at the pictures as they are a major part of the description and ask any questions. Although this runs fine being an antique it is sold in as is as found condition with no guarantees.
