Early 1900's
American made with American Steel in New York State
This tool is ready to get back to work, when I obtained it, it was rusted and seized up. It has been refurbished and is working beautifully.
It is a vintage tool however and will have minor issues that cannot be corrected, such as chips and or ...minor blemishes.
The Piled up weld/steel on the sides to reinforce this piece is original to this tool.
