Marked sterling with the gorham hallmark as shown & date mark ( letter M ) for 1880 according to my research
weight is 525 grams on my postal scale
Sugar measures about 4 3/4" in diameter at the top rim & stands about 3" high
Creamer is about 5 3/4" from handle to spout & stands about 3" high
Very rare ornate pieces, with a lot of age & weight
Nice looking though there are a few issues, both of these have some little denting on one area in the f...ront cartouche, .... They do not stand out, and are not showing well in my pictures and do not distract from these lovely dishes ( I just want to make sure that I am describing these to the best of my ability
There is a little piece missing on the foot of the sugar bowl ( see pictures ) and a few dings & dents, also a teeny crack in the silver decoration along the rim
These are NOT perfect, I am trying to point out every flaw I can find, I may have missed something
