Rare Sailor Boy Florence Ceramics Figurine.
This precious Sailor Boy figurine is very rare and even more uncommon because it has blonde hair. Some have said that it was modeled after Florence Ward’s own son who passed away. The Sailor Boy is one of her older pieces that are marked Florence Figures on the bottom. This one has very light crazing as is almost always found with these older pieces. There is a tiny chip at the bottom of one foot and a glaze irregularity at the bottom of... the other foot as I have shown in the last photo.
