People named in the agreement are: John Holmes of the Butts in the Parish of Rushall in the County of Stafford, Maltster Elizabeth Halfpenny late of Walsall but now of West Bromwich in the County of Stafford, Widow William Halfpenny of Walsall, Cordwainer Stephen Longmore of Walsall, Glazier and Sarah his wife Richard Thomas of West Bromwich, Button Polisher and Hannah his wife John Walker the Younger of Birmingham in the County of Warwick, Coal Merchant Thomas Webb of Birmingham, Gentleman.
Relates to the Lease of a Cottage or Dwelling house now divided into 2 Tenements at Hill in the Parish of Sutton Coldfield in the County of Warwick near a place called Mare Green – formerly in the occupation of William Halfpenny.
Condition Contents complete. Small natural hole to top margin (contents not affected). Otherwise no holes or tears. Good condition. Handwriting clear and easy to read.
