THE LAMP ALSO HAS TWO ADDITIONAL OUTLETS ON THE BASE BEHIND THE METER WHICH OTHER ONE'S DO NOT HAVE! COMES MOUNTED ON HARDWOOD BASE. METER IS 120V 5A, SINGLE PHASE JA TYPE. BULB NOT INCLUDED.
