Charming, LARGE Vintage 17" Byron Mold Ceramic Lighted Christmas ...Tree with Music Box Base. Handpainted tree and base.
Music box plays "Edelweiss" from the beloved movie The Sound of Music. Marked on the bottom of the tree edge BYRON MOLD 1970. Very Rare.
Includes: 1) White ceramic base which houses the tubular light bulb. The base has painted shiny gold bow on the front. White electrical cord with sliding on/off switch for the lightbulb. In the back of the base, is the metal knob turning knob for the music box (housed underneath in the hollow base). and 2) the green tree with holes that house the colorful plastic items that light up: birds, little girls, and regular buds. They can be moved around or removed and replaced, etc. A couple extras are included.Does not include a plastic star that can go in the top but not needed. (available on ebay).
