Serial Number A3519 (see above pictures)I bought several of these Danbury Mint Steiff Bears in the pastI love the fact that they are made so very wellThis bear is a 12 inch tall bear with movable arms and legsA gorgeous medallion on a gold colored ribbon tied around the neck makes the bear very specialThe champagne colored mohair is absolutely stunningSuede Paw PadsI love the bear's smileI know these ...bears are collectible and mine was in an enclosed curio cabinet for years but really I think giving this bear to a child to love and cherish is a very good ideaThat's why I am pricing it low enough hopefully for someone to really give a child a super pretty gorgeous bearBut of course, if you are a Steiff bear collectible kind of person, this bear is a great collectible to keep collectibleThese Steiff bears were expensive brand new, so whoever buys this bear is getting a great deal; original cost was over $200Why would I ever sell such a beautiful bear? It's time, I am scaling down and this is just one of those items that is time to say "good-bye and thank you for your service."Comes from a smoke-free home; and NO I am not near any fires!!!The Box is in ok condition; it does close, but just over the 19 years that I have had it, it is a little worn so see above pictures; in other words it is not perfect like the bearThis bear and box will be shipped USPS depending where you live. I did a ship from California to Boston and it is around $10-$11 so not too bad but then of course it all depends on where you live. The shipping altogether is almost 2 lbs.
