Up for auction with No Reserve is an AMAZING PAIR OF 1876 VICTORIAN CAST STERLING SILVER ARMORIAL SHELL BOWL SERVING SPOONS. The Spoons are some of the finest quality examples I have seen from any age and are fully Hallmarked for the fine Period Silversmith Francis Higgins II of London who specialized in Flatware. The Spoons are heavy, thick Cast Sterling Silver with great detailed patterns, Shell form Bowls and hand etched Armorial Crests of the original family.
Condition : The Spoons are in amazing condition with only the lightest signs of use and age.
Size : The Spoons are nice large examples measuring 9-1/2 inches long by 2 inches wide and the pair have a considerable weight of 180 grams combined.
