For sale this very nice beautiful and rare Big, Oversized, 37 mm without crown Hooded lugs OMEGA reference ...166.0164, caliber 455 automatic men wristwatch made in the 1970s, exactly in 1974. This watch is in fully original condition, all parts (except the replaced lether band) are fully original from 1974 OMEGA factory, from this OMEGA watch. All pictures are fully original, never retouched as part of as better description process.
FUNCTIONS: Hour, minutes, seconds, date, water resistant (Not guaranteed. This is a vintage watch.
DIAL: Authentic an original big, jumbo OMEGA GENEVE ref. 166.0164 dial. Never retouched, refinished, repainted or replaced dial, it is fully original. Dial is: Omega symbol figure, "OMEGA", "Automatic", "GENEVE", "-swiss made-" marked. Original faceted baton hour markers. Original faceted Baton hands. Sweep seconds, Date at 3. Original plexiglass, it has the micro secret Omega symbol on center. This dial is not perfect, it has someones visible faults, but are small and dial look very nice, beautiful.
CASE: Authentic and original big, oversized, OMEGA GENEVE ref. 166.0164 case, it is a hodded lugs tonneau shaped case made of fine and solid stainless steel. Hermetic screwed back case made of fine and solid stainless steel too. Inside it is: "Acier Inoxydable", Omega symbol figure, "Omega Watch Co", "Fab. Suisse", "swiss made", "LL", "166.0164" (reference number) marked. Case measurements: 37 (37, 07) x 44 (44, 23) mm without crown. Hidden lugs. Never polished case, all original edges and finished from Omega factory are present. Original Omega ref 166.0164 crown, it is Omega symbol figure marked.
MOVEMENT: Authentic and original Omega Geneve ref. 166.0164 movement. It is a mechanical movement with an automatic winding system. Nice, beautiful copper colored movement. Bridges are anglage finished and colimaconnage finished. Movement is: "swiss", "OMEGA", "37253046" (serial number) "1012" (Omega movement caliber) marked. This movement has been fully professionaly serviced recently by master watchmakers and it is in excellent working condition and in high shining. Beautiful !!
