They are worth every penny for the simple fact they actuallyget me off my couch and I WANT to exercise! So far I've been doing it in mygarage for a few minutes here and there like 15 minutes at a time cause I getwinded super fast lol.
I really love them-they look like Moon Boots from when I was a kid only WAYbetter. If you've ever skied, then you know how to put the boots on. If not, it's pretty easy to figure out. I will say put them on while sitting in a chairof some kind, cause I never would have been able to get off the floor withthese on lol. Mine seem to have a lot of bounce to them and I was nervousabout getting started with these Jumps but once I started it was very easy to be in full training. So far I have been just kindof jogging and walking in them, but if I want to jump with both feet at sametime I have the confidence to just go for it and get the most enjoyment out of these kangoos and the fitness they provide.
