Fille d'Eve is a feminine perfume by Nina Ricci. The scent was launched in 1952 and the fragrance was created by perfumers Jacques Bercia and Michael Hy.
This Nina Ricci perfume bottle "Fille d 'Eve" was made by Lalique. The circular body has a scalloped molded design around the edges and a spherical glass stopper with the same scalloped design as body at the lower part. The bottleneck has a raised NR. On the bottom has embossed BOTTLE MADE BY LALIQUE FRANCE. The bottle is in excel...lent condition and clean. I found no chips, cracks and scratches.
There is about half of the Eau de Toilette still left in the bottle, though I am sure it is darker than it originally was (Perhaps due to the bergamot and lemon top notes going brown.)
The stopper appears to be frozen, so I do not want to attempt to open it. There is a nice smell from the bottle, but I do not know whether it smells like it originally did.
I am not sure how many ounces or milliliters this bottle holds, but it measures 4" tall and 2-3/4" at its widest part. I believe the perfume bottle was made about 1952.
The bottle is in the original box, with a watercolor design of a butterfly and an apple and the fragrance name.
Because of the alcohol content, this fragrance must be shipped Ground, so it may take a bit longer than usual to arrive.
