Rare Japanese Vintage Cold Steel Master Tanto San Mai Stainless Model 13BN.
This is a used knife in very good condition. This knife has some scratches on the blade and the tip has slight damage(See pictures). You can send the knife to Cold Steel and they will repair the tip and sharpen the knife to razor sharp for $5. I have done this before and they do a great job. Price is reduced $100 from what I have sold these before because of the minor defects.
This is the ...Master Tanto not to be confused with the regular Tanto made by Cold Steel. The Master Tanto has a San Mai Laminated steel blade where the Tanto is just Aus-8a steel.
This is the Stainless version which is superior to the brass version because the brass constantly tarnishes. The stainless is easy to keep beautiful.
This knife was made in Japan and is discontinued, the new knives are now made in Taiwan.
Comes with leather sheath also in very good condition.
