This is a rare Chnese wucai porcelain bowl decorated in underglaze blue and overglaze green and iron red enamels featuring flowers to the outside of the bowl with styized delicately-painted pheasants on the branch. Fine double circles to the rim and foot. Chamfered unglazed edge to foot rim. Painted red-oxide rim with single underglaze blue line inside. Double circle to inner floor with floral symbol in yellow, red and green.To the base is a six character Chenghua mark inside blue cir...cle in underglaze blue.Height approx 2 in (5 cm). To the base is a six character Chenghua mark inside blue circle in underglaze blue.
