1.21m RARE BEAUTIFUL 18th CENTURY ITALIAN LINEN HAND KNOTTED EDGING, TASSELS 218 ... Click images to enlarge Description This is beautiful length of heavy, wide hand made edging trim, 18th century I think, made from cream coloured fine linen thread that has been skillfully hand knotted to for the patterned edging with tassels.
The condition is very good, one end is neatly finished, the other end is cut. It came from a bag of lace and textile fragments.It measures about 47.5" by 4" or 121 cms by 20 cms, the tassels measure about 4.25"/10 cm, thank you for looking.
