Original Description:
A late C19th or early C20th German handpainted Rembrandt Ware vase which has a height of approximately 5.4 ins (138 mm). It has a high gloss chocolate brown glaze and has been skilfully handpainted with a portrait of a lady holding a lantern i9n one hand and a candle in the other, which is illuminates her face. It is stamped to the base with MADE IN GERMANY and REMBRANDT WARE in a banner with the Maker's mark above. The vase is in very good condition, free from damage or losses and wou...ld make a welcome addition to anyone's collection, display etc...
