DELICIEUX 2 Mtrs VINTAGE FRENCH SILK BROCADE ROSE BOUQUETS & STRIPES
This is now the second panel I have of this This is a fabulous large panel of vintage French silk brocade that has never been used and is in wonderful condition. Dating from the late 40s it has come to me with other old shop stock that has sat unused and stored away. Perfect for any period projects it is all good and strong and would be perfect for any ...home furnishings too or upholstery. The background is warm oyster cream with Paris pink stripes with the rose bouquets and blooms in soft pinks rose saffron and pale greens. There is a self colour weave of flower vines leaves that catches the light perfectly. Luxurious and strong. Width 90cms Length 2 metres Would look fabulous on a French salon chair or boudoir chair. All the items in my listings, unless described otherwise, are either vintage or antique. They have all had a 'past' life, a history to tell - and this inevitably affects their condition through use and handling. I do my best to make my descriptions as accurate as possible but please do not bid if you are looking for pristine items; you will not find them in my auctions! However, if you are as passionate as me about beautiful time-worn treasures with a history and full faded grandeur then I hope you will enjoy looking through my treasures as much as I enjoy 'truffling' for the finds. I aim to despatch your parcel within 5 days of receiving your payment. The French postal system can be a little slow at times but is usually reliable. However I cannot be held responsible once I have deposited your parcel at the post office for any subsequent delays which occur whilst the parcel is en route to you. I will of course endeavor to help you with the tracking process to locate the status of your parcel and we are always at your service!! I am happy to combine two or more items into one package for shipping.
