This pitcher is stamped Germany Gesetzlich Geschutzt and the numbers 927 and 598 are also stamped into the bottom. It is 8" tall 1 3/4" diameter at the top and 4" diameter at the bottom. As you can see from the photos, there is a hole at the top of the handle that must have held something, but there is no damage. There is a very tiny flake on the bottom but it cannot be seen when the pitcher is standing up.
