This is a very nice metal military 1st aid kit. According to the manufacturer number looks like it was manufactured in 1977 I am assuming but may have not been distributed until 1980 as the paperwork inside has a folded sheet with instructions on 1st aid from 1980. But all of the manufactured goods that I saw on top were manufactured around 1975. The case is in great condition with very little scratches or wear on the paint. The latches all work super good and all of the contents are i...n the Box and most have never been taken out. I only took out the few that you see in the pictures so I could get an idea of what was in there. I believe it is very complete for there is no extra Room that something else could have been included. Everything is sealed and like I said 90% of the items have never even been removed from the Box. Just peeking through I can see on the bottom there are some scissors and some sort of containers of purification tablets and camouflage bandages as well as a first aid mask and many other items. The Box has been sealed and kept in a smoke free, pet free, moisture free environment out of sunlight. This would be a wonderful display piece or a complete kit to put in a military restored vehicle.
