Very rare 1955 Rca Victor “Skipper” portable tube radio/45 rpm record player model 6BY4B.
No breaks in plastic case, just typical scuffs and scratches which should polish out. I have no way to test it as they no longer make a 90 volt battery pack for these.
There are restorers online who custom make battery setups for them. Last restored one sold for $285.00Priced at $69.99 wont be discounted furt...her
