Vintage Barbie or Ken? straw hat with a red silk hat band. The hat band has dark blue stars on it. There's an orange pom pom and a pink and brown striped feather. I think there might have been another feather on there as well, maybe green, as it looks like there's just a teeny bit left. The edges are a little curled and frayed, otherwise in good condition.
