This is a Chinese porcelain large plate, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue featuring a central scene of pine tree, bamboo and prunus tree (the three friends of winter) on rocks with a house, fishing boats in the water and houses, rocks and trees on the opposite bank.An oyster scroll and spike border to the cavetto.
