This came from an estate sale. It still looks pretty good physically. The wrist band isn’t dry or brittle. When I submerge it in water, it turns on automatically. Or you can also wet your fingertips and touch the two sensors to get it to turn on. It does turn on fine, as you can see. I am no expert, so that is all of the testing I am qualified to do. It will come with the user manual. Some of the pages are stuck together, but the English instructions are all complete.
