All items are shipped bare-root. You are welcome to request otherwise, and it will cost more in shipping, depending on the plant.
I recycle and reuse everything that I can; to make as little an impact on the environment as possible. This includes some of my boxes and packaging materials.
The Silent Seed is proud to use zero chemicals. (It is an all-green business.) I try my best to keep all my plants pest free, but with over 12, 000 plants it's nearly impossible. Thank you for understanding that once in a blue moon you might find a cute little hitchhiker.
