RARE Vintage Mini Bike Scooter Frame - Cushman Eagle

Vintage Mini Bike or Scooter frame for sale; it looks to me like an old Cushman Eagle frame, but no numbers or brand name on it. The frame comes in good condition with the original brake pedal, foot guard pipes/flares, fold up foot boards, etc.It looks to be repainted a couple times from yellow to red to teal.The handle bar mount still has some grease in it.
There are some issues to the frame. There is rust. Some pieces like the back transmission/drive train mount broke. The backbon...e of the frame was cut and welded with a botched home welding job, but could be fixed.
Overall a RARE and great project piece for someone to work on and add to their collection!
