This is some classic footage dating back to the 70"s and 80's. The first segment is silent footage doing tecniques on students(see pictures). The picture is fair quality and you can see GM parker well. This also has a RARE T.V. show interview were Mr. Parker is showing a lady in a wheel chair self defense....it's a few minutes long with audio and picture. There's a section were Steve Golden doing forms...with poor picture, no audio. Then Mr. Parker doing sets & techniques with Chuc...k Sullivan.....No audio and fair picture.There is a little static...BUT you can hear wellThis is a DVD and is 1 hour long
