Very ornately hand engraved Elgin solid 14K gold 0s size Double Hunter Case Pocket Watch. This gorgeous watch ism in as close to MINT condition as a 1906 gold pocket watch can be. No dents or dings to the fabulous gold case. All 4 doors work perfectly. Open well and close straight and securely. The domed glad covering the watch's magnificent face is original and in perfect condition as well. The watches face is fabulous. No cracks..., crazing or repairs. Smooth and shiny white enamel with black enameled numerals and carved and pierced hands. The seconds hand dial is equally well enameled. Watch has an intricate hand engraved movement stamped 9795327 ELGIN NATL WATCH CO. ~ U.S.A. The watch's gold case is stamped 115718 ~ 14K. All this dates the watch to 1906. Measures approximately 1 5/16" round X 1 7/8" long with its knob and bail. Weighs 30.6 grams. Has been working and keeping time with a daily winding but of course cannot guarantee antique watches. Beautiful antique pocket watch suitable for gift giving.
