Charming antique baby teddy bear of German origin, dating from 1930s,
made of blonde mohair,
fully jointed,
feels to be hard stuffed with wood-wool throughout the body and head,
clear and black glass eyes with brown backs,
pronounced muzzle with open felt lined mouth,
vertically stitched nose with nostrils,
original felt pads, feet reinforced with cardboard,
three claws stitching to each limb,
original inoperable cardboard squ...eaker.
Approx. 9" (23 cm) tall.
Condition - teddy bear is in original antique condition with slight general wear; joints are fine.
