As early hobbleskirt Coca Cola bottles go, this one is tough or hard to find. This Patent November 16, 1915 bottle from Spartanburg South Carolina has an applied top. As you can see from the pictures the seams stop about an inch or so from the top and the grain of the bottle goes in a horizontal direction rather than a vertical direction. There's not many of these around, so heres your chance to get one. I see no maker marks but its probably an early Laurens Gla...ss Works bottle. It has a blue tint and the writing on the bottle is crude. There's no damage other than some light scratching and some haze. Nice rare early 1915 bottle.
