We don’t think this hat was ever worn as it still retains its original WALL DRUG price sticker!! This hat has no tears or rips, some mild age related staining/discoloration- see pics. This hat had some sort of foam type lining under the band which has disintegrated and creates a dine dust. We scrubbed most of it off with a toothbrush but it is still dropping some dust. Please see final photo of tape roller we used to clean our photo area of the dust.
