ITEM DESCRIPTION: Vintage 1950s 8" Walker NASB Muffie Doll Strawberry Blond in Alexander Kin "JACK" Costume..Cute vintage blue eyed, strawberry blond Muffie doll with pretty facial paint, long synthetic mohair wig in curls in back, sleep eyes with molded and painted lashes, pretty lips and no eyebrows. Good condition torso, legs and arms. Muffie is made of hard plastic and jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. She is a walker and marked on her back. She is wearing a tagged Ale...xander Kin "Jack" costume consisting of: hat, shirt, short pants with suspenders, socks, oxford tie shoes and holding a pail. MARK: Story Book Dolls Calif.MEASUREMENTS: 8" tall.Will ship via First Class Mail wrapped in tissue and craft paper at about 15 oz.CONDITION:Good played with condition. Face paint is good and original with good lip paint, well indicated eyelashes and no eyebrows. Clear, working but sluggish sleep eyes with molded lashes. Synthetic mohair wig is in a flip and has a few fly-aways. Perfect fingers and toes. Arms are a lighter color than the rest of her and are most likely Muffie doll replacements. Walking mechanism is stiff (these dolls all seem to be) but works. Arms can not hold a pose. Skin surface is clean and even toned. No seam splits, bites, stains or cracks. No hard plastic odor. Tagged costume is in good condition. All snaps work. Socks are not stretched out. Shoes are clean.
