Original Description:
USMC 5th Marine Division Grouping attributed to John Robert Fowler who participated in the Iwo Campaign as a member of the 5th Tank Battalion / 5th Marine Division.  The grouping is attributed through verbal provenance only as none of the uniform pieces are named.  Therefore, the grouping is priced for the sum total of items listed including his service file which is included.  The ribbon bars are exact reproductions of Wolf Brown.  Ruptured Duck, rates, EGA's and 5...th MarDiv SSI all original to coat. The green service cap is missing the EGA and strap is loose.  Tan service cap in excellent condition.  Overcoat is the tougher to find shorter version.  Thick service file with some copies of him in uniform etc. Overcoat has the one bad spot as shown in photo.  Overall a great grouping!
