Another rare ice fishing decoy / “cheater” that was hand-carved and finished by famed Ely, MN carver, August “Gyp” Saari in the 50s or 60s.  Saari was a fishing buddy of fellow Ely carvers Frank Mizera and George “Spud” Aska.
