Vintage South Bend Optic Fishing Lure In Correct Box and Insert. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. This lure was made in 1959-1961. It came in 6 colors. This one is yellow with black bars. The lure is what you call 3-D. When you move the lure, the vertical black bars seem to ripple back and forth. It is in excellent condition.
