VINTAGE ANTIQUE MICRO MOSAIC PIN WITH ANGEL SKIN CORAL CAMEO CENTER

Up for sale is a vintage antique pin that has a carved real angel skin coral cameo in the center and micro mosaic border. The setting is gold tone with some tarnish and scratching. The back is marked with 3 initials that look like FAB? or ...EAB?, or FAP, not sure. There are no missing tiles and the cameo is in good condition.  Please see photos.
