It is missing the tag but I received it years ago with a lot of Maddy Mod outfit and it looks like the tag may have been a Hong Kong one. The dress is really cute, hot pink with white ruffles. Could probably use a spot cleaning. See pics. Fits Barbie and other similar 11.5" size dolls.
