Comes exactly as shown. It appears to be very old; I don't know what all is missing, the bottle is in good condition with no chips or cracks, it appears to be hand painted with gold and silver color adornments. The metal to looks like it is silver or silver plated (?). There were a clear glass cup shaped piece on top of it when I acquired it, not for sure if it goes with it but it is included. Sold as-is as a collectible only. 082319
