These have come from a recent shed clearance. Please see my other items for many more interesting things as I am happy to combine on postage if possible to keep the price down. Thanks.This is for a set of very old Victorian / Edwardian number markers. They may of been used for Clock Golf or to mark the lane numbers for sporting events. There is a full set of numbers as the 9 & 6 are the same and you just rotate it. Has a 0 so any number can be stamped. have the old whitewash on as ...used on grass. Fine to use as is but you could scrape old stuff off if you wanted or put in fire and burn off as we often did to old painted iron work. There is a extra one that I guess is used a full stop if needed. The numbers are around 4". There is a person selling a set for near £200 on Ebay so hopefully these are a bargain for someone. I also have a lot of old cast iron numeral number markers from Clock Golf listed that came with this so please see my other items, Thanks. Hopefully of interest to someone.
