A revolution breaks out in a South American c...ountry while its cruel dictator is on a trip to France. The rebels have made careful plans to blow up the dictator's private plane as he returns, but at the last second he changes plans and travels on a commercial flight. The rebels then must make a difficult decision: they must either blow up a flight filled with innocent passengers, or else allow the dictator to return home and take brutal reprisals against the leaders of the uprising...The two stars... Fresnay and Auclair as two South American rebels... face some very difficult decisions in their struggle against their country's brutish dictator... the film does deliver some real suspense... There were many similar movies made in subsequent eras, and even some of the ones with much bigger budgets did not really create as much more suspense as this one did....This is quite an enjoyable feature to watch...Not many of these EVER turn up so happy bidding... About The Print: b/w sound film... about 70 minutes long... titles and credits are intact... ready to watch... mounted on 2 reels...No vinegar and is NOT nitrate... Condition: great... it played smoothly... looks as if it may be a kinescope... but still has nice crisp sharp focus... there is some random quick splices here and there... BOOMING sound...
