Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar 58mm f/2Semi-Auto Aluminum M42 Screw MountFreshly CLA'd - Focus and aperture ring are very smooth. No fungus. Some bubbles and light dust as normally found. Doesn't affect image.  
Takes excellent photos - see example.  I'm assuming this was unbranded after Zeiss separated to east and west Germany, and/or for import due to the lawsuits over the Carl Zeiss name.
