This antique Becton Dickinson aneroid manometer blood pressure gauge is in fair condition, but alas, is not in proper working order. The graphics on this sturdy doctor's office medical instrument remain crisp and bright. There is some scuffing to the paint on the sides of the instrument consistent with age and use. The manufacturer information is stamped on the heavy cast iron base. This vintage Baumanometer or Sphygmomanometer is 14 1/2" tall. The base is 5 1/4" by 4 1/4". ... It is missing the rubber pressure ball that is required to squeeze air pressure into the machine for the measurement, so it is not working. The silver mercury ball is present in the bottom of the glass tube.
