Watt Pottery Apple w/3 leaf #72 Canister w/lid. Rare item, stamped 'oven ware U.S.A' on the bottom with #72 in the center although the stamping is a bit faint. There is darkened crazing and a chip on the exterior bottom. The same darkened crazing appears on the inside bottom. Dimensions are 6 and 3/4 inch high and 7 inches wide. Total diameter around is 22 and 1/2 inches. This item was priced by Kovels in 1996 &1998 at $495 & $600 (respectively).
