This is a super Chinese bronze bowl which has been decorated with scenes of the sun and pyramids etc. I would imagine that it is depicting the pyramid tomb of a great emperor, which I believe have been in existence for thousands of years, although I am no expert in this field. I was told by a Chinese dealer friend that it dates from pre Republic period, so probably late 19thc, but as I said I am no expert and leave you to make your own minds up. It measures 11cm x 5cm and is in fine co...ndition.
