RARE ANTIQUE LARGE FLAMING MAHOGANY CUTLERY KNIFE BOX 18C GEORGIAN FEDERAL SHERATON.........
NOTE: The patina to the wood is a little darker then what the pictures show!!!! This has never been refinished.

This is in amazing condition for its age. 1800's +-. I'm not sure what the style of furniture it is.. I cannot find another knife box that looks like this ...on the internet. If you know please email me.
The bottom of the box is missing the wood panel.
We did not wax this ... As found condition. Gorgeous!!!!
Three of the bottom corners have small pieces of inlay missing.
The top has two dings on the corners as shown in photos.
All the brass and metal hardware are original to this box..
The box measures....
18.25" tall, 17" tall not including the ball feet.13.50 across14.50 deep.
This is definitely American.. Guaranteed antique!!! Early 1800's era...

The locking mechanism is al original. We do not have the key.
There is no warpage to the top at all!
The knob ball feet are all original!
