This auction is for a Pair of Redlich & Company Sterling Candle Holders, numbered 1625. They are weight filled and reinforced with a rod. Redlich & Company were manufactures of high quality sterling pieces from 1896 to 1946 in New York City. They were absorbed by Elgin Silversmiths in 1946. but the Redlich trademark was used through the 1970's. Their products were often marked and sold in high end stores such as Cartiers. The ...candle holders are 5 3/4" high, 3" in diameter at the bottom and 1 3/4" in diameter at the top. They are in very good condition. One of them has a slight (hard to photograph) indentation.
